IBC Light Sensitive (GNX LP)
1,000 litre GNX LP IBC with an opaque white or black inner container for liquids that need protection from light.

A translucent IBC is a poor fit when the filling good is affected by sunlight, UV or visible light. Prolonged exposure can discolour a product, drive oxidation or weaken actives.
GNX LP uses pigmented HDPE so less UV and visible light reaches the liquid. The inner container is opaque white or black, in the same 1,000 litre GNX format for forklift handling, stacking and controlled discharge.
Food-contact and pharmaceutical duties still need the customer's material, cleanliness and regulatory approvals. Light protection does not replace those.

- 01Opaque white — pigmented white HDPE cuts light transmission and can limit heat build-up compared with a darker bottle
- 02Black — carbon-black pigmentation absorbs UV and visible light; specified at 0 permeation across 200–780 nm
- 03Same 1,000 litre GNX handling: forklift access, stacking and controlled discharge
- 04For specialty chemicals, food ingredients and other fills where light can change quality or stability
